We went in to look for a used car and drove off with a 2012 Toyota Corolla with 21,000 miles and love it. We dealt with Bill Krebs and would highly recommend him as he didn't pressure us at all and was very helpful in helping us make a wise decision on what we chose to buy. I recently purchased an UnderCover tonneau cover for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma double cab pickup. I had the cover delivered to your dealership for painting and met with Virgil Pippin to select an appropriate shade to match the Nautical Blue Metallic color of my ride. The finished cover was installed by AutoWorks in Roseburg, Oregon yesterday (May 9) and it looks fantastic. It gives my pickup that classy, finished look I was hoping for. We recently purchased 2013 Cruze Eco from Joshua Welk. We were very impressed with Joshua's product knowledge. Never did we get the "Salesman Shuffle" that we have experienced during previous purchases with other dealers. From the initial product search to the signing of the final documents the experience was low pressure. As is common we were offered the peripheral aftermarket add-on products, however, after we declined a product there wasn't any pressure to purchase.

I was on my way to southern Calif. when I was told my car wasn't safe to drive as my emergency brake lights were on and my brakes felt soft. I had to rent a car and continue my trip, but Bina, the service manager kept me informed on how it was going as they worked through diagnosing the problem. She kept me informed on what the problem was and the timeframe to get it fixed. When I returned to pick it up, I had a clean car and willing helpers to transfer my things back into my car. ...

As the parents of a teenager, we have unfortunately needed to use the CNM auto body shop several times in the last few years. It is always a very stressful and inconvenient time for us, and Trent has always been very knowledgable in helping us navigate through the insurance/rental car process. Everytime we have picked up our vehicle it has always been washed, vacuumed and looked good as new! Mr. Ross was very, very prompt in his answers, making phone calls to us informing us of the procedures needed, insurance coverage, updates, and that gave us encouragement as the expense would have been great and we were in total ignorance as the insurance had it not been for David Ross taking care of paperwork, parts, etc. Mr. Clint Newell has a great employee, and the rest of customer service personnel were friendly, and made us feel very good and stop lots of worries from our mind. THE SALES PERSONAL WAS FRIENDLY, HELPFUL AND APPEARED TO CARE FOR US PERSONALLY. AFTER TRANSACTOPM WAS COMPLETE THEY WENT ON TO EXPLAIN ALL OPTIONS AND HOW TO OPERATE THE TRUCK. THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE IN STAYING BEYOND NORMAL OFFICE HOURS TO FINISH THE TRANSACTION. THERE WAS NONE OF THE HARD SELL THAT IF OFTEN SEEN IN AUTO SALES.

I just bought my truck from Clint Newell Auto Group. This is my first GM truck ever and I love it. I got first class service from Gregg Ashcraft. The drive up to Roseburg was really worth it.
